1. What Torto Care is
Torto Care is a medical tourism aggregator and facilitator. We help you find, plan, and coordinate treatment with our hospital partner. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and we don't practice medicine.
2. Medical disclaimer
Nothing on this Platform is medical advice. Diagnoses and treatment decisions are made by licensed doctors at our partner hospital, not by Torto Care staff or this website. Treatment plans and quotes are based on the information you provide, so please share your medical history completely and accurately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian acting on your behalf, to submit a case or book a consultation.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information about your medical history and current condition.
- Keep your login and access details confidential.
- Understand that timelines and costs are estimates until confirmed in your individual treatment plan.
5. Fees, payments & refunds
Consultations booked through the Platform are free, as stated at the time of booking. Treatment costs, deposits, and balances are set out in your individual treatment plan and quote. Cancellation and refund terms will be provided in writing before you pay any deposit.

6. Product Champ / referral program
Individuals approved as Product Champs may refer patients to Torto Care in exchange for a commission, as agreed separately with Torto Care. Product Champs must have the patient's permission before submitting their details, and must not misrepresent Torto Care's services.
7. No guarantee of outcome
Medical treatment carries inherent risk. Torto Care coordinates your journey but does not guarantee any specific medical outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torto Care's liability for any claim relating to the Platform or our coordination services is limited to the fees paid to Torto Care directly, excluding hospital and third-party costs.
